Compliance Quarter is a specialist consultancy of eighteen people in Wan Chai providing compliance officers, MLROs and regulatory advice to firms that need the function but not a full department: asset managers, brokers, virtual-asset platforms and payment firms.
The founders came out of an SFC enforcement background and a bank financial-crime function, and the firm has built a reputation for saying no clearly.
