About the role
Our digital health group builds the remote monitoring platform that sits alongside BioLink's metabolic portfolio: a patient app, a clinician dashboard, and the pipeline that moves glucose, blood pressure and adherence data between them. About 14,000 patients are active across Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
We need an analyst who can hold both halves of this. One half is product analytics in the ordinary sense — funnels, retention cohorts, feature adoption, why 38% of patients stop logging in week three. The other half is clinical: knowing that an adherence metric is not a vanity metric, and being careful about what you claim when the readout might inform a care decision.
The team is eight people and works in English only, distributed between Science Park, Singapore and one engineer in Lisbon. This role is remote-first — you can use the Science Park office whenever you want, but nobody will count your badge swipes. You will report to Elliot Grange, Head of Digital Health, and pair constantly with two engineers and a clinical lead.
What you'll do
- Own the analytics layer for the patient app and clinician dashboard, from event instrumentation to the dashboards leadership actually reads
- Build retention, adherence and engagement cohorts, and turn them into a prioritised list of product changes
- Design and read out A/B tests on onboarding, reminder cadence and dashboard alerting
- Work with the clinical lead to keep derived metrics defensible when they touch care decisions
- Write the analysis sections of partner and payer reporting packs across three markets
- Keep the data dictionary honest so nobody argues about what 'active patient' means twice
What we're looking for
- 4+ years in product analytics, data analytics or a quantitative product role
- Strong SQL and comfort with Python or R for cohorting and experiment analysis
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests, including knowing when not to run one
- Ability to write a clear, short analysis memo that a non-technical executive can act on
- Business-level English; this team works in English end to end
Nice to have
- Prior work in digital health, medtech or a regulated data environment
- Familiarity with FHIR or clinical data models
- Experience with dbt, Looker or a modern warehouse stack
What you get
- Remote-first with a Science Park desk whenever you want one
- Visa sponsorship and relocation support; IANG holders welcome
- HK$15,000 annual learning budget and a home-office setup allowance
- Medical and dental cover for you and dependants
- 20 days annual leave plus two wellbeing days a quarter
