Sales Associate (Part-time)

About the role

Our Causeway Bay beauty hall is open until 10pm and the last three hours are the busiest of the day. We are building a part-time bench of associates who can hold the floor on evenings, weekends and public holidays — the shifts where we most often run short.

You do not need beauty retail experience. You need to be the kind of person who notices when someone is standing at the lip counter looking lost, and goes over. We will teach you the products, the shade matching, the till and the hygiene rules over a paid two-day induction plus shadowing on your first four shifts.

Minimum commitment is 16 hours a week across at least two shifts, and we build the roster two weeks ahead so you can plan around classes or another job. Plenty of our full-time associates and two of our current supervisors started here part-time.

What you'll do

• Greet and serve customers on the beauty hall floor, matching shades and recommending routines honestly
• Demonstrate and apply products safely, following our hygiene and tester protocols every single time
• Operate the POS, process returns and exchanges, and handle cash and card takings accurately
• Keep your counter stocked, faced, clean and priced correctly through the shift
• Sign customers up to the loyalty programme and explain the tiers without overselling them
• Support stock deliveries, replenishment and counting on quieter mornings

What we're looking for

• HKDSE or equivalent, or currently studying — students very welcome
• Available for at least 16 hours a week, including one weekend day and some public holidays
• Native Cantonese and enough Mandarin to serve visitors comfortably
• Right to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship
• Presentable, punctual, and happy to be on your feet for a full shift

Nice to have

• Previous retail, F&B or customer service experience of any kind
• A real interest in skincare or makeup — it shows on the floor
• Conversational English for tourist traffic
